At BMI Healthcare, we take pride in the level and quality of service that we provide to our patients and our doctors. Patients are asked to complete a questionnaire, giving their opinion of how we have performed. These questionnaires are collected and analysed by an independent research organisation, Howard Warwick Associates Ltd, to provide each BMI Healthcare hospital with unbiased ratings of its service every month.
Prompt action is taken to remedy any areas of service where we are failing to meet expectations. Below are the results of the satisfaction survey for patients who have received treatment at our hospitals during the period January to December 2011.
